We were selected as a promising company for export in Gangwon-do due to the constant efforts we made for the sake of exportation. We produce snacks inspired by traditional Bugaks (crisps), abalone rice porridge made with healthy abalones harvested from the clean seas of Wando Island, and other porridges for those who enjoy eating alone as well as for families.

Our snack products are oil-fried products which are made by drying the raw ingredients as they are, coating them with powder, and then deep frying them in oil. Since no additives are used, they satisfy customers as healthy and nutritious snacks for children, and finger-food. These products include root vegetables (lotus roots, burdock, and potatoes), marine algae (laver, sea tangle, and kelp), pumpkins, and ginseng.

-PRODUCT DESCRIPTION-

Chili Pepper Crisps are produced with domestic ingredients and flavored with deep
sea water, so they contain natural minerals and nutritious salts. The capsaicin
components lend the product a hot and spicy flavor, while the high-purity vegetable oil
used to fry the crisps gives them a light and savory taste. It is a well-being food with
no food additives and preservatives, and very popular as snack that contains
the taste and aroma of chili peppers.

If you eat hot and spicy food, you will sweat and feel refreshed as if you just had a workout.
Capsaicin stimulates metabolism, and increases blood flow rate to stimulate cranial nerve,
which secretes endorphins to relieve stress. Additionally, capsaicin stimulates the salivary
gland to produce saliva, and increase secretion of gastric juice to stimulate appetite.
You can intake plenty of vitamin C by consuming chili peppers, to help recover
from fatigue as well as stimulate appetite. Lactic acid bacteria contained in capsaicin help growth,
helps foods ferment by preventing them from rotting, and also contains various vitamins to help prevent cold.

You can feel the distinctive hot and spicy taste with fresh chili peppers, and consumed deliciously as a snack, so it is a natural product, which can be enjoyed either as a side dish or snack.

Healthy Taste Flavored with Deep Sea Water
Deep sea water exists in deep sea 200m or deeper below sea level, where the sunlight does not reach, and maintains stable low temperature all year round. It contains almost no organic compounds such as bacteria and pathogenic organism, but contains abundant amount of inorganic compounds such as nutritive salts and minerals, which are essential in growth of marine plants. In the deep sea water, there exist more minerals than regular spring water, and the composition of minerals is close to body fluid such as blood or amniotic fluid, and thus has outstanding mineral balance.

The Key to the Taste, Pasted with Our Glutinous Rice Glue and Wind-dried
Using domestic ingredients and flavored with deep sea water, it is not salty, and manufacturing process is thoroughly managed to maintain nutrition and taste. Additionally, our sanitation and hazardous elements are managed through HACCP. To flavor crisps, the ingredients are pasted with glue made with domestic glutinous rice and wind-dried so that you can feel the taste of the ingredient itself.

단백하고 고소합니다. 식품 첨가물과 방부제를 넣지 않은 웰빙 건강식품으로
고추의 맛과 향이 그대로 인 스낵으로 인기가 많습니다.

매운 음식을 먹으면 운동한 직후처럼 땀이 나고 개운한데, 캡사이신이 신진대사를 활발하게 하고
혈류량을 증가시켜 뇌신경을 자극해 엔도르핀을 분비시켜 스트레스를 해소시킨다.
또한 캡사이신은 침샘을 자극해 침을 만들고, 위액 분비를 높여 식욕을 자극한다.
고추는 비타민C를 충분하게 섭취할 수 있어 피로회복은 물론 입맛을 돋군다.

해양 심층수로 간을 낸 건강한 맛
해양심층수는 태양광이 도달하지 않는 수심200m이하의 깊은 곳에 존재하여 연중 안정된 저온성을 유지하고 있으며, 세균,병원균 등의 유기물은 거의 없을 뿐 아니라 해양식물의 생장에 필수적인 영양 염류나 미네랄 등의 무기물이 풍부합니다. 해양심층수에는 일반샘물보다 많은 종류의 미네랄이 풍부하게 존재하며, 미네랄조성이 혈액이나,양수 등의 체액과도 가까워 미네랄 발란스가 우수합니다.
