How to use
A cup of warm perilla tea with a fantastic combination of perilla powder and honey

Mix appropriate amount with grain powder

It is recommended to mix with 5 perilla powder and 1 sugar and add it to water or milk.

If you add an appropriate amount to seaweed soup, taro soup, udon soup, or veggie side dishes, it adds flavor to the food.

들깨에 들어있는 불포화 지방산과 풍부한 리놀렌산, 식이섬유가 건강에 도움에 줍니다.

먹는방법

들깨가루랑 꿀의 환상적인 만남으로 따듯한 들깨차 한잔

고무마순, 버섯탕, 볶음요리와 구수한 국물요리에 필수품

선식이나 미숫가루에 적당량 섞어 드시면 좋습니다

들깨가루 5, 설탕 1 비율로 섞어 물이나 우유에 타서 드리면 좋습니다

미역국, 토란국, 우거지국, 탕, 나물무침에 적당량 넣으면 음식의 감칠맛을 더해 줍니다
