Korean organic dried siraegi
Siraegi is dried radish, meaning the stem and leaves of fresh radish. It is full of vitamins and calcium, as well as various minerals, fiber, dietary fiber, and various nutrients. Siraegi is soft and savory, and it goes well with soybean paste and gives a feeling of satiety, preventing obesity and increasing sugar concentration. How to cook
Step 1: Soak siraegi in water for half a day, add a tablespoon of salt to the water, and boil over high heat.
Step 2: Boil again on medium heat for 30-40 minutes, then turn off the heat, cover the lid and let it steam for 20 minutes.
Step 3: Rinse the boiled siraegiin clean water 3 to 4 times and peel off the tough, transparent skin.
Step 4: You can eat it with stir-fried siraegi, or eat it with siraegi rice, which is a delicacy.
