Dried Korean Green Squash
Green Squash is rich in vitamins A and C, which are beneficial to the body. It is also low in calories, so it helps to keep your body in shape. How to cook
Step 1: Soak the green squash in lukewarm water for one hour, add salt, and marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 2: After rinsing 3-4 times in clean running water, squeeze the green squash.
Step 3: Cut the green squash in half, put it in a frying pan, add perilla oil and fry, then season with various seasonings.
Step 4: You can eat it as stir-fried green squash, or add it when cooking bibimbap for a deeper flavor.

국내산 호박말림
호박은 비타민 A와 C가 풍부하여 몸에 이로운 작용을 합니다. 또한 칼로리가 적어 몸매관리에도 도움을 준답니다. 호박말림은 어린 호박만을 사용해 부드러우면서 쫄깃한 맛을 느낄 수 있습니다. 꼬들꼬들하게 잘 말린 호박으로 각종 찌개와 전, 볶음, 무침, 죽 등 다양한 요리에 사용해 만들어 먹으면 더욱 맛있습니다. 특히 호박을 조물조물 무쳐서 밥 반찬이나 산채비빔밥 등으로 넣어 먹으면 없던 입맛을 한층 돋궈준답니다.

step 1: 한 시간 미지근한 물에 호박을 불린 뒤 소금을 넣고 20분간 절인다.
step 2: 깨끗한 흐르는 물에 3~4회 씻은 후 호박을 꽉 짜준다.
step 3: 호박을 반으로 자른 뒤 후라이팬에 넣고 들기름을 두르고 볶다가 각종 양념으로 간을 맞춘다.
step 4: 호박볶음으로 드셔도 좋고, 비빔밥을 요리하실때 넣으면 더욱 깊은 맛을 냅니다.
