-PRODUCT DESCRIPTION-

Chwinamul is a broad name for plants in the Asteraceae family, such as chamchwi, gomchwi, miyukchwi, gamichwi, and is eaten as a vegetable using young leaves. Among them, the most easily encountered chwinamul are chamchwi and gomchwi. Chwinamul has a unique flavor and bitter taste due to its saponin ingredients, and it is a representative Korean wild vegetable food that makes the body look for things in the spring when it is easy to become drowsy. Chinamul grown in our land is carefully selected and dried. It is an attractive herb with a subtle yet long lingering aftertaste, and it is good to eat as a side dish for rice or wild vegetable bibimbap, and it enhances the taste even more.

How to cook
Step 1: Soak the herbs in lukewarm water for an hour, then wash 3-4 times in clean running water.
Step 2: Soak in boiling water for 30 minutes and leave until cool.
Step 3: Squeeze the boiled herbs and put them in a frying pan, add perilla oil, and fry with various seasonings (green onion, garlic, sesame salt, seasonings, etc.).
Step 4: You can eat it as stir-fried vegetables, or add it when cooking bibimbap for a deeper flavor.

취나물은 참취, 곰취, 미역취, 개미취 등 국화과 식물을 넓게 일컫는 이름으로, 어린 잎을 이용해 나물로 먹습니다. 이중에서도 쉽게 접하는 취나물은 참취와 곰취입니다. 취나물은 사포닌 성분 등으로 인해 독특한 향과 쓴맛을 가지고 있으며, 나른해지기 쉬운 봄철에 몸에 생긴를 찾게 하는 대표적인 한국 산채 음식입니다. 우리 땅에서 자란 취나물은 엄선해 잘 말린 제품으로 취나물 특유의 향긋한 향과 부드러운 식감이 일품입니다. 은은하면서도 긴 여운이 가득 느껴지는 매력적인 나물로 조물조물 무쳐서 밥 반찬이나 산채비빔밥 등으로 당야하게 먹기 좋으며, 입맛을 한층 돋궈준답니다.

요리방법
step 1: 한 시간 미지근한 물에 나물을 부린 뒤 깨끗하게 흐르는 물에 3~4회 씻는다.
step 2: 30분간 끓는 물에 불리고 식을때까지 나둔다.
step 3: 삶은 나물을 꼭짜서 후라이팬에 넣고 들기름을 두르고 각종양념(파, 마늘, 깨소금, 조미료등)과 함께 볶는다.
step 4: 나물볶음으로 드셔도 좋고, 비빔밥을 요리하실때 넣으면 더욱 깊은 맛을 냅니다.
