Korean dried bellflower root

Bellflower grown in a clean natural environment has the best bitter scent and taste. Dried bellflower is better to enjoy the chewy taste than raw bellflower, and dried bellflower, which has a soft yet long aftertaste, is good to eat variously as a side dish for rice or wild vegetable bibimbap by seasoning it with herbs. How to cook
Step 1: Soak the bellflower in cold water for one hour, take it out and rinse it 3-4 times in clean running water.
Step 2: After removing the water from the bellflower, lightly grease a frying pan with cooking oil and fry the bellflower.
Step 3: Add various seasonings (green onion, garlic, seasoning, etc.) and a little water and stir-fry, then cover with a lid over low heat.
Step 4: Cook gently, then add sesame salt and sesame oil to finish.

step 1: 한 시간 냉수에 도라지를 담궜다가 꺼내어 깨끗하게 흐르는 물에 3~4회 씻는다.
step 2: 도라지의 물기를 제거한뒤 후라이팬에 식용유를 살짝 두른뒤 도라지를 볶는다.
step 3: 각종양념(파, 마늘, 조미료등)과 물을 약간 넣어 볶은뒤 약불에서 뚜껑을 덮는다.
step 4: 은근히 익히다가 깨소금, 참기름을 넣어 마무리합니다.
