Bongpyeon Farm Co., Ltd. was established in Bongpyeon, Gangwon-do in October 1993 and succeeded in processing and commercializing buckwheat.  Bongpyeon, Gangwon-do is also know as origin of buckwheat.

-PRODUCT DESCRIPTION-

- Korean Buckwheat: Made only using premium quality Korean buckwheat.

- Dry Noodles: It is to store and has long shelf life.

- Have both way: Can be used in various ways as cold noodles and bibim noodles.

-How to cook-

1. Put 1 serving (110g) of buckwheat naengmyeon in 800cc (4 cups) of boiling water and boil for 2~4 minutes. When boiling, stir frequently to prevent the noodles from sticking.

2. Rinse the boiled noodles in cold water once or twice and remove them on a colander.

3. Put buckwheat naengmyeon in a bowl and eat them as cold naengmyeon or bibim naengmyeon according to your preference. Make your own naengmyeon broth or bibim sauce or use products available on the market. (Depending on your taste, add cucumber, carrot, boiled egg, vinegar, mustard, etc. to make it even more delicious.)

-요리방법-

1. 끓는 물 800cc(4컵)에 메밀냉면 1인분(110g)을 넣고 약2~4분정도 삶습니다. 삶을 때 면이 붙지 않도록 자주 저어 줍니다.

2. 삶아진 면을 냉수에 한두 번 헹구어 채반에 건져 냅니다.
