-PRODUCT DESCRIPTION-

- Pancake Flour made from Korean buckwheat, Korean brown rice, and barley without chemical or synthetic leavening agents

- Made with Korean buckwheat.

- No artificial additives added.

- Can be used for various purposes such as Kalguksu, Sujebi, Ongshim, Pancake, etc.

-How to cook-

1. Add 200~250ml of water to 100g of Buckwheat flour and mix well to avoid lumps. (30cm in diameter, about 2 pieces)

2. Put white kimchi and chives on the heated side with oil, pour a ladle of batter, spread it thinly and pan-fry it.

3. Heat oil in a frying pan (medium heat), cook it for 2~3 mins till moisture parts get dry, turn over and cook until the cabbage is not burned.

Ingredients: Buckwheat flour, Wheat flour, Brown Rice, Barley, Tapioca Starch, Corn starch

-요리방법-

1. 부침가루 100g에 물 200~250ml을 넣고 덩어리가 생기지 않도록 잘 풀어줍니다. (지름 30cm, 약2장 분량)

2. 기름을 두른 가열된 편에 백김치와 부추를 적당히 올리고 반죽을 한 국자 부어, 얇게 펴서 부쳐주세요.

3. 중불에서 2~3분가 물기가 마르면 뒤집어 배추가 타지 않을 정도로만 살짝 익혀냅니다.
