Bongpyeon Farm Co., Ltd. was established in Bongpyeon, Gangwon-do in October 1993 and succeeded in processing and commercializing buckwheat.  Bongpyeon, Gangwon-do is also know as origin of buckwheat.


- Korean Buckwheat: Made only using premium quality Korean buckwheat.

- Dry Noodles: It is to store and has long shelf life.

- Bibim sauce: Cooking is simple and easy as it includes bibim sauce.

How to cook

1. Put 1 serving (110g) of buckwheat naengmyeon in 800cc (4 cups) of boiling water and boil for 2~4 minutes. When boiling, stir frequently to prevent the noodles from sticking.

2. Rinse the boiled noodles in cold water once or twice and remove them on a colander.

3. Put the drained noodles from a colander in a bowl and mix with the bibim sauce. (Cucumber, carrot, boiled egg, vinegar, mustard, etc. can be added together depending on the taste for a more delicious buckwheat bibim naengmyeon.)

Ingredients: Buckwheat Flour, Wheat Flour, Refined Salt, Sweet Potato Starch, alkali additives for noodles(sodium carbonate, kalium carbonate), purified salt + Sauce
*Sauce for mixing with food(40g*4ea):
