About Tartary Buckwheat Tea
Tartary Buckwheat is also known as Bitter Buckwheat, which is a variant of General Buckwheat. Tartary buckwheat is rich in protein, fiber and amino acids, compared to other grains, but above all, it has a high content of rutin, also called vitamin P.
The tartary buckwheat contains about 100 times more Rutin ingredients than the general buckwheat, based on the peeled rice.(Phenolic Compounds in Common and Tartary Buckwheat. Korean J. Crop Sci. 50(s):175~180(2005))
Rutin has a yellow color that helps lower blood pressure and blood sugar, and has excellent antioxidant properties.
Tartary buckwheat tea is a caffeine-free, taste and flavorful tea that anyone can drink instead of water.

-How to eat-

Put 1 tea bag in a cup of 90C~100C water and brew for 60 seconds or longer.

-제품설명-

타타리 메밀(Tartary Buckwheat)은 일반 메밀(General Buckwheat)과는 다른 품종으로 쓴메밀(Bitter Buckwheat)이라고도 합니다. 타타리 메밀은 단백질과 섬유질, 아미노산 중 라이신의 함량도 다른 곡물에 비해 풍부하지만 무엇보다도 비타민 P라고도 불리우는 루틴(Rutin)의 함량이 높습니다.

루틴(Rutin) 성분은 메밀차를 우려 냈을 때 나오는 노란색으로, 혈압, 혈당 강하에 도움을 주며, 항산화효과가 뛰어납니다.
타타리 메밀차는 카페인이 없고, 맛도 깔끔하고 구수해 식수대용으로 누구나 부담없이 마실 수 있는 차입니다.

-먹는 방법-

90C~100C 물 한 컵에 티백 1개를 넣으시고 60초 이상 우려내어 드시면 됩니다.
