What is Barley?
Barley varieties are divided into hulled barley and rice barley according to the hulls and seeds.
According to the number of rows of seeds in the ears, it is divided into two-row barley and six-row barley.
For barley tea, roasted barley or six rows of barley is used.

How to brew a tea!
1. Put 15-30g of roasted barley in a tea bag pouch and put it in 2L of boiling water.
2. Boil over high heat for 3 to 7 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it cool.
3. Take out the ingredients, cool the tea water and keep it in the refrigerator.

이삭에 달린 씨알의 줄 수에 따라 두줄보리, 여섯줄 보리로 나뉩니다.
보리차의 경우 겉보리 또는 여섯줄 보리를 볶아서 이용합니다.

맛있게 먹는 방법!
1. 덖은 보리를 물 2L 기준 15~30g을 거르망에 담아 끓는 물에  넣어주세요.
2. 강불로 3~7분 끓인 후 불을 끄고 식혀 줍니다.
3. 건더기를 걸러내고 찻물은 식혀 냉장보관합니다.
